In the wake of the storm, with dedication you've fought.

The lull, thereafter, might have left you distraught.

When the energies don't flow, in your heart, no more,

When you're so sapped that you can't see no shore;

When you pray for your meditative peace to return,

When you wish to do more than just struggle and yearn;

Take a cue from the drop of water that falls,

The ripple in the quiet, the Light of faith calls.

Listen to the gentle breeze caressing your skin,

Whispered secrets, comforting your soul within.

Stay precious

Glow in the darkness through your positivity.

Create a bank for times that you run out of your own.

Focus on what goes on inside of yourself.

That is where your training on concentration begins.

Learn to set aside external influences.

It doesn't matter who appreciates or demoralizes you.

Do you count on your vote or theirs?

That is the heart of the equation, here.

Keep the space in your head pure.

Nothing can invade, then!

Concealed Goodness

Even the devil is filled with goodness.

It is just like you and I- same texture and consistency.

The coating of evil is waiting to shed.

It might be tough- the Light within will break it apart.
