Give yourself a break!

Do something you're exceptionally good at once in a while.

Feel your energy, witness your power and let yourself soak it all in.

You know you've not felt THIS good about yourself in a long, long time.

This IS "you". Feel it. Breathe it. Cherish it. Smile with it. Laugh at how truly awesome you are!

It's unbelievable, isn't it?

Let the endorphins flow through your complete being.

Let them circulate.

Think back to your "current obstacle".
