Take it, if you want it

Ever looked through swaying trees at the morning sun?

See the light sparkling through the lush green foliage?

The diamonds are a hint of what is on the other side.

The leaves represent the obstacles you must conquer.

The path might be full of struggles.

But your motivation rises steadily as you get closer.

Focus your vision.

The maze might be brilliantly crafted.

But there always is a way out.

Concentrate.

Stare until the tiny rays of light grow into strong beams.

Watch out for where the greenery isn't as dense.

Find your glowing, guiding route and ride across on it!

Waste no time.

There is no space for the what ifs.

There is no victory where fear has taken residence.

Contemplate too long and I'm sorry to break it to you-

Someone else will race away the horse you're eyeing.

There is no knowing if you don't risk it.

ATTEMPT.

Or just stop looking, in the first place.

Be content with what you have.

If you start to figit, understand the competition there is.

Fuel your desire to win with goal-driven actions.

Winning isn't a measure of how wise you are.

Success comes to those who have the courage to TRY.

Care to win?

Do you fit the bill?

Ask yourself-

Is your fear of the unknown more dominant?

Or Is the thrill of playing your odds to win greater??

Preparation is essentially subjective.

You might not be ready even if you tried for all your life.

Have the guts to do something.

It will bring with it the confidence to win.

Every time you're dejected, look back up.

There always is promising hope dancing in those trees.

All of what you see there will be your own- soon.

For my future career, I have to be very driven. To be a psychologist, that's seven years of schooling. XD So, yeah. I know that I have to have the courage and the... what's that word? When you- or right, the determination. You have to have the determination with that career. :) So, this post sort of connected with that for me because I know that I can't just sit around and do nothing. I have to DO SOMETHING.

@ Haze:

Each time I mention the word "magic" now, I am reminded of you! :D

It's good to know a fantasy-believer like you, Haze. You know that that is your greatest strength, don't you? It's like your untouched by the world around you- that's rare!

I'm hopping right over onto your blog. :)

Oh, no, you don't! We all diagnose ourselves with that at some point. You're human and a good one at that. :)
